Who Is Cerridwen?
Cerridwen is the elder goddess of the Welsh Triple Goddess representing creativity, inspiration, intuition, and rebirth. The triple goddess embodies the maid Bridget whose domain is the wild; flora and fauna. Then the Mother, Boann, whose domain is the hearth and home. Then finally, the crone Cerridwen (we like to think grandmother), a mature woman of passion and knowledge. She shares the combined experience of the maid the mother and the grandmother, who imparts her wisdom and skill to the new generation of bards.
